There are two strands to milling technology at WÜRZ. On the one hand, we produce milled parts in high-volume quantities on specially equipped machining centres and production lines from a wide and diverse range of materials and semi-finished goods. Solid materials, forged iron and steel castings, grey cast iron and spheroidal graphite iron parts and aluminium alloy castings are all used in our company.

On the other hand, we produce low-volume orders and very small batches in the same variety of materials and semi-finished goods but on high-precision 5-axis milling centres, taking on challenging geometries and complex surface requirements. Our 5-axis HSC milling operations will shape heat-treated parts with great precision into their final form.
