We mass-produce automatic lathe parts around the clock in special processes which include milling operations. We also manufacture medium batch sizes with highly flexible machining centres which enable optimum tool use with three die carriers, C-axis and Y-axis and therefore economically viable turning and milling operations. Highly sophisticated components requiring complex 5-axis turning and milling operations in addition to the lathe work are produced in small and medium batches on our machining centres with 5-axis milling spindles on the main side and counter side. This allows for a vast multiplicity of parts.
Hard machining is standard practice in our company alongside the processing of non-ferrous metals, light metal alloys, steel, stainless steel and materials which are difficult to machine. We produce high-precision contours and surfaces on heat-treated parts in economically efficient hard turning processes.
