WÜRZ also boasts an excellent array of measuring equipment to meet exacting engineering demands. Our 3D CNC measuring machines help us to do complex measurements with the accuracy which our products require. We use many additional pieces of computer-aided equipment on a daily basis for various purposes, such as contour and area measurement or assessment of circular or cylindrical form.
What is more, versatility of design is consistently built into our systems. We work with measuring machines made by Leitz and ZEISS and with software like Calypso, Quindos and PC-DMIS CAD++. By running various systems, we can guarantee compatibility of programs and measurements with all our customers.
We use our efficient CAQ software – in combination with our ERP system – to run quality management procedures and to process quality control data and records.
